Warehouse & Sales Assistant We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level role offering a pathway into a long-term sales position for the right candidate. This position combines warehouse operations with customer service and sales support. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient stock handling while also assisting customers with product enquiries and purchases. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm Occasional weekend work required during peak periods, sales events, and staff leave coverage Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Receive and unload deliveries, checking goods against invoices for accuracy Report any damaged or missing items Organise and maintain inventory in designated storage areas Perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch or collection Sales & Customer Service Provide friendly and professional service to customers in-store and over the phone Assist with product enquiries and offer technical advice on tools and materials Process sales transactions, invoices, and payments using POS and inventory systems Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and add-ons Skills & Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable using warehouse systems, barcode scanners, and basic Microsoft Office programs Physically fit, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30kg What We Offer Entry-level opportunity with training provided Career progression into a dedicated sales role Supportive team environment Stable, full-time working hours
