Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large commercial customers while driving new‐to‐bank acquisition across Geelong and Greater Western Suburbs. This is a high‐touch, relationship‐driven role working closely with credit and product specialists.

* Manage and develop a commercial lending portfolio
* Drive new‐to‐bank growth through proactive business development
* Structure complex cashflow and commercial lending solutions
* Build trusted client and referral relationships
* Collaborate with specialist teams to deliver strong outcomes

Skills & Experience
* Background in relationship management
* Extensive commercial lending experience
* Strong credit and cashflow lending capability
* Ability to structure complex deals
* Demonstrated new‐to‐bank acquisition success
* Established referral network and market understanding
