Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while driving strategic impact? We're looking for a Director, Client Engagement to lead our corporate client delivery function and ensure we not only meet but exceed expectations.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end client journey, acting as the senior voice for our corporate clients and shaping strategies that strengthen partnerships and deliver measurable business results. You'll lead a high-performing team, champion operational excellence, and serve as the critical bridge between clients and internal teams.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and Inspire: Mentor and develop a team of Client Delivery leaders and corporate trainers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Drive Strategic Impact: Translate client needs and challenges into actionable strategies that deepen relationships and drive business outcomes.
* Shape Our Product: Provide feedback to Product leaders to enhance platform capabilities and co-create innovative solutions with clients.
* Champion Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, transform governance models, and implement smarter ways of working to elevate service quality.
* Be the Strategic Bridge: Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to embed client delivery strategy into the core of our business.
* Steer the Ship: Deliver clear insights on client health, key metrics, and strategic progress to senior management, guiding decisions with confidence.
Job Qualifications
What You'll Bring
* Extensive Leadership Experience: 5+ years in senior leadership roles with a proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing client management or corporate training teams.
* A Strategic Mindset: Ability to manage complex, long-term client initiatives and deliver measurable strategic outcomes.
* Remote Leadership Expertise: Skilled at engaging and motivating geographically dispersed teams to achieve ambitious goals.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Deep experience leading large customer success or support functions and improving satisfaction metrics.
