Accounts Payable / Office Support Officer
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Office Support Officer to join a busy and supportive team based in Raymond Terrace. The business is a well-established local retailer specialising in rural supplies, pet products, garden essentials, livestock feed, and general farm and lifestyle goods.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys both finance administration and general office duties in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is a temporary full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and entering supplier invoices
* Accounts payable support and reconciliation tasks
* Data entry and maintenance of financial and customer records
* Adding new customers into a loyalty program system
* Updating and entering product information into internal systems
* General administrative and office support duties as required
About You:
* Previous experience in accounts payable (essential)
* Previous experience in administration (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
* Confident using computer systems and databases
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
* Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to assist across multiple tasks
