Senior Change Manager - ERP Financial Transformation (6-Month Contract) large and complex ERP transformation program. We are looking for a skilled Senior Change Manager to oversee the development and execution of the change and communication strategy for a major Finance and Payroll transformation, which includes a significant ERP component. This is a 6-month contract with option to extend, requiring deep expertise in managing change across large IT and Business transformation programs. You will provide expert change and communication guidance, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and fully understand the impact of the changes. The role will also involve leading a small team of change and communication professionals within the Finance and Payroll workstream.Key Responsibilities
Implement the Change and Communication Strategy with a specific focus on the Finance and Payroll change and communication deliverables, including conducting impact assessments, change design, and assessing change readiness.Lead and manage a small project teamIdentify and assess potential risks and impacts for Finance and Payroll changes, and develop mitigation communications during unexpected situations, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.Support the design and implementation of training programs for end-users to effectively adopt new technologies and processes.
To be successful in this role you are a highly experienced Senior Change Manager who has managed and delivered change in large IT and Business transformation programs, with a deep expertise with ERPs, inparticular fiancial modules.
