This senior leadership role forms part of the Executive Team, working collaboratively to develop strategy, organizational budgets, and operational plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial statutory reporting and compliance;
- Reporting to external stakeholders for investment purposes;
- Leading the treasury function and overseeing the Investment Fund;
- Managing working capital, including cash flow forecasting, accounts management, and foreign exchange requirements;
- Driving systems improvement for process efficiency, dashboard reporting, and data control;
- Providing financial analysis and planning support to the CEO and COO to achieve business objectives.
