About the Role
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering marketing and brand strategy through the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives. Your focus will be on the B2B and Visitor Economy sectors.
You will lead marketing and content coordination efforts, working closely with the graphic designer and head of digital to ensure campaigns and creative projects are delivered effectively.
The position is responsible for managing marketing and communications strategies, providing advice and coordination to stakeholders, and representing the organization on joint marketing initiatives.
You will contribute to continuous improvement by embedding customer-centric thinking across the team, developing clear briefs, monitoring delivery, and seeking opportunities to collaborate across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will have substantial experience in managing customer-centric marketing strategies and initiatives, as well as strong data-driven thinking and analytical skills.
You will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, set deadlines, solve problems, and make effective recommendations and decisions.
