They include two stadiums: Cobram Sports Stadium and Nathalia Sports & Community Centre; an indoor fitness and aquatic centre at the Numurkah Aquatic & Fitness Centre; Seasonal Swimming Pools at Yarrawonga, Cobram, Strathmerton, Numurkah and Nathalia; and the Yarrawonga Foreshore Kiosk and Splash Park.About The RoleAs an operations (lifeguard) team leader, you will support with day-to-day operations and oversee the lifeguard team, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
You will confidently support plant room operations and contractor systems, ensuring adherence to aquatic safety protocols like GSPOs, and leading the Health & Safety Committee.
Responsibilities also include managing incident reporting, conducting operations audits.
Additional duties include:General leadership within the operations/lifeguard team including assisting the Operations Coordinator in managing and developing the teamRostering and paying of staffEnd of month reporting & invoicingCoordinating with other centre leadersThis is a casual position with an hourly rate of $40.69 + super.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have solid admin skills, show attention to detail, and have experience leading a small team.
