Job Title: Community Speech Pathologists (New Grads to Senior) - Flexible Hours Location: Melbourne Compensation: $90K to $120K 11% superannuation $5K travel allowance Work Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Weekends / After Hours Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and innovative Speech Pathologist to join the dynamic healthcare team. You can work from home, our office and in the community (client homes, educational settings, day programs etc) in balance with clients needs. We set you a target of 5 client sessions a day and give you the flexibility to schedule more or less each day across your working week. Responsibilities: Assist with standardised speech pathology assessments. Complete reports concisely, documenting client strengths and challenges within initial assessments, NDIS review reports. Develop skills to create tailored therapy plans underpinned by strong clinical reasoning to meet client goals and provide home practice activities to strengthen progress made in therapy. Client profiles include Autism Spectrum Disorder (mainly), Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder, Attachment and Trauma etc. Liaise with parents, carers, educators and health professionals involved in the care of each client Complete up to date client case notes using an online system. Show exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with our clients, team and health professional alliances. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Speech Pathology Current Membership with SPA Current Australian Driving License and your own car Have or are ready to obtain a WWCC, National Police Check and First Aid Training Experience within the NDIS framework is preferred
