As we continue to expand, we're looking for an exceptional Community Manager to lead our beautiful new community in Coral Cove.
This is a hands‑on, people‑centered role for someone who genuinely cares about creating places where residents feel safe, supported and connected. You'll be the heart of the community—visible, trusted and known for your calm, solutions‑focused approach.
In this role, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure a high standard of presentation and safety, and build strong relationships with residents. You'll manage WHS compliance, support the Maintenance Manager, coordinate activities and wellbeing initiatives, and communicate clearly with residents about development works and community updates. You'll also play a key role in welcoming new residents, guiding them through onboarding, and supporting resales where required.
Success in this role looks like a community that feels warm, inclusive and well‑run; residents who feel heard and supported; and a manager who can juggle competing priorities with professionalism, empathy and good judgement.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a genuine passion for customer service. Experience in property, hospitality, aged care or community management is highly regarded, along with an understanding of the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Qld).
