Executive Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled sales leader to drive the growth of our business in Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position that requires a deep understanding of the institutional sales landscape, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing relationships with asset owners and financial intermediaries, and will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive business growth in Australia and New Zealand.
* Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and develop strong relationships with clients and prospects.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning and thought leadership initiatives.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of investment products and services, including fixed income, quantitative active, and passive equities.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration.
* 5+ years of experience in institutional asset management sales, preferably in Australia and New Zealand.
* Proven track record of developing relationships with asset owners and financial intermediaries.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional groups.
