You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support, helping to resolve enquiries and issues while contributing to the overall success of our customer-focused team.What Youll Be DoingHandle inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.Offer detailed and accurate information about our banking process, procedures and products, including debit and credit cards.Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.Foster a positive team environment and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.What Were Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building positive rapport with customers.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle enquiries.Proficiency in using computer systems and software, with a willingness to learn new technologies.Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is highly desirable.A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others.Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Key Role DetailsStart Dates: 16th of June 2025Position: Part Time stable opportunity/ Student visa holders can applySalary: $27.17 per hour + Super & regular performance-based incentivesTraining: 2 weeks of classroom training, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMAvailability: Student visa Holder- Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 12:00 PM to 08:00 PM. Saturday availability is 09:00 AM to 05:00 PMPart time: Four (4) or Three (3) weekday shifts (6 hours each) – either 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
