St Mary's OSHC in Beaudesert is seeking a Casual Educator to join our friendly and supportive team. We provide before school care, after school care and vacation care for up to 60 children, offering a welcoming, child-centred environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to learn.

What You'll Do
* Provide nurturing, engaging care for children
* Create a safe, inclusive and fun environment
* Plan and deliver recreational and educational activities
* Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues

Job Requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
* Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
* Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
* Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
