About The Role
Finlayson's Burleigh is seeking a reliable and organised Internal Sales Team Member to join our busy team in the timber and construction industry. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working in a quick-paced workplace, and being a key support to operations and sales teams.
Responsibilities
* General office administration and day-to-day support- Data entry, filing, and document management
* Processing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets
* Assisting with scheduling, job tracking, and coordination
* Supporting sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
About You
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in a similar position (idealy in the timber/hardware industry)
* Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills
* Customer service focus
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
* A proactive, can-do attitude
