*About the Role:* This firm have an exciting opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their well-regarded Government Advisory team. Working alongside two leading partners across this space this role will focus on working closely with a particular Commonwealth Government agency.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and have carriage of running your own matters. In this role you will be involved in:
* Drafting summaries of evidence and statements of issues
* Assisting and attending case conferences and hearings
* Conducting directions hearings
* Drafting litigation strategies
* Complex statutory interpretation
*About You:*
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
* At least 4 years PQE, ideally with experience in government advisory work, and have a genuine interest in administrative law and statutory interpretation.
* You will have good drafting skills, excellent communication skills and a collegiate approach.
* Take a proactive approach
* Can do attitude
