About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Outside Schools Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator. The successful applicant will work closely with the Coordinator to provide programmes for children aged 5–12 years in Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate the programme to ensure it caters for the interests and needs of school-age children and meets the requirements of the 'My Time – Our Place' Framework.
* Advise families about the programme, policies and procedures when required.
* Take on the role of Educational Leader within the service, providing guidance and support to the team on best practice programming.
* Work in support of the Coordinator on administrative tasks and efficient day-to-day operation of the service.
