* Have extensive experience in Property Management.

* Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, including follow-up and an eye for detail.

* Impeccable and professional presentation.

What You'll Do
* Delivering exceptional Property Management services, including leasing, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
* Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professionalism.
* Managing arrears, lease renewals, and bond disbursements in compliance with the Tenancy Act.
* Ensuring properties are well-maintained and owners' assets are protected.
* Handling NT CAT attendance and insurance claims when necessary.

What You'll Need to Apply
* A current Agent's Representative Registration (or the ability to transfer your license to the NT).
* A strong background in Property Management.
* Professional presentation and proficient computer skills (experience with Property Tree is a bonus).
