Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and maintaining high presence in the marketplace.
* Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas.
* Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers.
* Negotiating property transactions from start to finish.
* Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.
* Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients.
* Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients.
* Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
