We're now searching for our next Head Chef - a passionate culinary leader ready to inspire and drive our kitchen team to create exceptional, memorable dining experiences.

What we're looking for
* Experience: Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, with proven leadership experience.
* Innovative & Passionate: Creative, forward-thinking, and eager to push culinary boundaries.
* Detail-Oriented: Committed to maintaining high standards in food presentation and hygiene.
* Organised & Calm: Strong multitasking and time management skills under pressure.
* Financially Savvy: Skilled in stock control, cost management, ordering, and POS systems (Ideal POS experience a bonus).
* Safety Conscious: Up to date with food safety and WHS standards, holding all relevant certifications.
* Team Player: You bring positivity, authenticity, and a genuine love for hospitality.
