Job Title: IT Assistant
The successful candidate will provide technical support and perform various IT-related duties to actively support the school's vision, ethos and policies.
This is an ongoing part-time position. The job entails a range of responsibilities including providing first-line support for devices and IT equipment, managing user accounts and passwords, identifying and reporting recurring technical issues.
* Technical Support:
o Provide assistance with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
o Perform routine maintenance on IT systems and equipment
* Device Management:
o Deploy and configure new hardware
o Maintain and update software and systems
o Perform hardware repairs and maintenance
* Documentation and Reporting:
o Document IT procedures and configurations
o Create user guides and FAQs
* AV Support:
o Assist with audio-visual setup for events
* Equipment Management:
o Manage the loan and return of school equipment
Requirements:
* Proficient computer skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work cooperatively in a team

* Attention to detail

Remuneration will be in accordance with the current NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement.
