Job Role Overview
The Trade Counter Assistant/Delivery Driver will support the branch's daily operations, assisting engineers and project managers with product access. This is a full-time role in the Trade Counter team.
* Provide customer service and product information over the phone and in person.
* Prepare and issue quotes for customers.
* Pick, pack, and control stock.
* Maintain branch cleanliness, safety, and display standards.
* Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Retail sales or customer service experience.
* Picking orders, maintaining displays, and providing accurate information.

* A valid driver's license; MR license preferred but willing to upskill.
