The Role
* Undertake the role of Chief Human Resource Officer for DMPE
* Lead, manage and deliver human resource management services across the department
* Provide advice to the Director General and Executive Leadership Group
* Represent the department in HR and public service networks, forums and tribunals
* Develop and implement human resources policies, initiatives and programs
* Lead and manage multidisciplined human resource teams
* Participate in the strategic planning and business plans to implement DMPE's objectives
* Ensure the department meets its statutory obligations
* Provide timely and cost-effective human resource services
