Role Description
This is a hands‐on component maintenance role responsible for inspection, disassembly, overhaul, repair, testing, reassembly and modification of aircraft components in accordance with OEM requirements, internal procedures, and CASA Part 145 standards.
You'll be detail‐focused and documentation‐driven, ensuring all work is recorded accurately with full traceability. You'll also support fault diagnosis and work closely with the wider team to meet turnaround times while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Essential Requirements
* Maintenance Qualification: Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Component or Mechanical/Electrical disciplines) – essential
* Required Role Experience: Component maintenance / workshop / MRO experience (GA highly regarded)
* Compliance: Ability to work to OEM manuals, procedures and quality standards (Part 145 familiarity desirable)
* Work Rights: Must have Australian work rights (no sponsorship)
* Skills: Strong fault‐finding, attention to detail, and accurate documentation/traceability
* Attitude: Reliable, safety‐first, team player, willing to learn
