**About the role**
Due to the commencement of several fit out/refurb projects throughout Greater Brisbane, Hya people are seeking multiple Foreman for an immediate start.
You will support the Senior Site Manager with inductions, WHS, coordinating deliveries and trades, this is a large site so you will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team as required.
Our Client is regarded as an industry leader who focus on new builds and fit outs across a variety of sectors. Projects will vary in value from small scale works to circa $10M. This evolving business has built a solid reputation within the market from their ability to develop, maintain and foster strong relationships with their loyal client base.
**You will display the following skills / background**:
- People leadership - flexible, adaptable & calm
- Ability to drive a project delivery team and on site
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on commercial projects
- Ability to work to high standards or quality assurance and tight time frames.
**About you**:
- Trade qualified in a construction related discipline
- IT literate - Procore experience is highly desirable
- Great communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role coordinating materials and labour for a head contractor
- Adaptable to the changing requirements on a construction site.
- Current White Card
