Your responsibilities will include:Developing and executing a market leading growth planDeveloping and maintaining a growth pipeline and looking strategically at opportunities for the cross-sell of products, services and risk solutions to both existing and potential clientsEngaging with potential clients through networking, referrals, pro-active marketing, presentations, cold-calling and any other methodsIdentifying solutions for our clients to reduce their risk exposure through targeted intervention strategiesActive engagement with the Aon colleague network, to identify and foster new prospect opportunities.Skills and experience that will lead to successA creative, solutions-focussed thinker, you are hungry, proactive and ready to take ownership in this key role.
