Key Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced clinical assessment, planning, and intervention for patients with sleep disorders, ensuring high-quality care.
* Act as shift coordinator and provide guidance to nursing staff in complex situations, promoting best practice standards.
* Lead education and referral management portfolios, supporting continuous learning and professional development.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, policy integration, and collaborative teamwork to enhance patient outcomes.
