The core capability requirements for this role are:
1. Provide guidance and information to clients whilst adhering to the QPS Scale of Issue (SOI) and other relevant engagement standards / policies
2. Undertake data entry including vetting orders in line with the parameters of the QPS SOI
3. Review order details including stock overview and order history in SAP, and delivery tracking with relevant couriers
4. Provide front counter service to customers attending for uniform fittings and order pick ups
5. Transfer Traffic Infringement Notice books and respond to related queries
6. Undertake general office duties, including electronic scanning, filing, mail handling and distribution of correspondence
7. Maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethical behaviour, and a professional image
8. Work in a multidisciplinary team environment and work autonomously, including setting priorities and monitoring own workflows to deliver a timely and quality service
Role Requirements:
9. SAP experience preferred but not essential
