Senior Project Engineer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team.
* This is a key role in the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
* You will be responsible for leading programs, driving commercial and productivity outcomes, mentoring others, and engaging directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver infrastructure projects end to end.
2. Manage programs using Microsoft Project.
3. Oversee real-time cost forecasting, procurement, and claims.
4. Mentor and lead engineering and site teams.
5. Build strong solution-focused relationships with clients and project partners.
6. Champion a proactive safety culture.
7. Drive quality assurance.
8. Support a culture of continuous improvement, team development, and internal promotion.
Requirements:
* At least five years' experience in a project engineering role within civil or infrastructure projects.
* Strong capability in forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
* High proficiency in preparing and delivering project programs.
* Experience using Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
* A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and supporting others.
* A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* A practical, humble mindset with a strong desire to step into more responsibility.
