About the Role:
This role involves performing various tasks in the store, including yard hand duties and sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
Experience in a storeperson role is essential, while a background in welding or engineering is preferred.
The successful candidate must be reliable and motivated, with a valid Australian Driver's License.
AUS work rights with no restrictions for full-time hours are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform yard hand duties and store work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Operate LF equipment and handle phone and counter sales, process orders, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain in-store displays and promotional materials, creating an attractive and inviting store environment.
Manage stock levels and oversee the dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring that inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
Learn about modern welding processes and apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a storeperson role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
A background in welding or engineering is highly desirable, but not essential.
The successful candidate must be a reliable and motivated individual, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
A valid Australian Driver's License and AUS work rights with no restrictions for full-time hours are also essential.
