We don’t just serve food—we serve volume, energy, and consistency in one of the busiest kitchens on the Central Coast. Our venue is known for its high turnover, fast-paced service, and steady stream of locals and tourists year-round.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard
- Take charge of a kitchen section during service
- Maintain pace and focus in a high-volume workplace
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Support junior team members and collaborate with senior chefs
- Contribute to a positive team culture with clear communication and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work at pace
- A genuine interest in food and willingness to learn
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and public holidays
- A team player with a can-do attitude and good communication skills
