The role: Ongoing, 32.0 hours per fortnight
BRHS rehabilitation nurses work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop goal-directed care plans encouraging participation from patients.
Our Flanagan nurses enjoy the relationship building with patients and family members in this ward and find it extremely fulfilling to see patients achieve their objectives.
Applicants who are who are interested in specialising in rehabilitation or Drug and Alcohol nursing will be strongly supported to pursue further studies in these disciplines.

What you need:
* Experience in rehabilitation nursing with current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated competence in a clinical setting preferably in the sub-acute setting
* Ability to undertake full patient assessments and develop a goal based care plan
* Proven ability to follow direction from experienced team members and provide guidance to students and inexperienced team members
