**The Opportunity**:
Due to organisation growth, we are currently seeking a talented and results-driven **Facilities Manager** ready for their next career step! You will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager and be the lead for the VIC portfolio of assets, maintaining the overall performance and profitability of the portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support Asset and Property Managers with operational needs, including risk management and compliance.
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders across the property portfolio.
- Coordinate work orders to ensure professional implementation of contracted services.
- Maintain R&M; project records and manage contractors both on site and remotely.
- Conduct site assessments, inspections, and provide operational reporting.
- Assist in Annual Asset Budget Setting, Forecasting, and tracking.
- Provide after-hours contact and handle Access Control programming for various assets as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Extensive understanding of the Occupational Safety and Health Act
- Building and nurturing tenant relationships
- Proficient multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Fundamental knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical services
