We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for designing and delivering technical solutions that drive customer value.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating deep technical expertise in the Atlassian Platform, staying up-to-date on new capabilities, and providing prescriptive guidance for direct customer engagements.
 * Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide guidance on solution implementation.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients and drive success.
This role requires up to 30% travel domestically and internationally for internal and customer-facing events.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience within SaaS companies and 2+ years of Enterprise customer-facing roles.
Demonstrated expertise in SaaS and Atlassian Cloud, experience administering Atlassian DC and/or Cloud ecosystem, and background in SaaS-based architectures and integration methods.
Ability to research, install, support, and scale Atlassian products and related apps.
