As a dedicated SAP Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise in designing, configuring, and specifying changes in SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, and Materials Management will be instrumental in driving improvements across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system usability and efficiency
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design creative solutions that meet business needs
* Lead projects across IBP, Production Planning, Demand & Materials Management with best-practice approaches
* Manage system upgrades and updates to maintain support and introduce new functionality
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of SAP experience designing, configuring and specifying changes in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills targeted at the right audience
* Demonstrated experience working within various project management methodologies and providing required documentation
