Role Description
This is a full-time role, with flexibility for remote location for the right person. The Sales Leader will be responsible for regional sales operations, and achieve set targets. Day-to-day tasks include implementing sales strategies, engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and delivering support to business customers in rural Australia. The role involves building lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
* Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the sales team
* Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills to ensure satisfaction and client retention
* Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to implement strategies, and achieve targets.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with plenty of travel.
* Knowledge and experience in working in the agricultural/farming industry is important.
