About the opportunity
We're looking for a casual Finance Assistant who has attention to detail, great organisational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively.
In this role, you will be in office 1 - 2 days per week, supporting with administration needs such as entering invoices, updating key details, and keeping everyone in the loop.
This role is perfect for those looking for a start in their accounts career, providing practical experience with invoicing, data updates, and workflow coordination.
This position is available for an immediate start, with the potential for additional hours based on ongoing operational requirements.

Responsibilities
Entering invoices into Reckon from Associated Providers (AP)
Updating and entering Associated Provider (AP) information
Updating and entering new and discharged Caregivers and Clients
Liaising with Associated Providers (AP) about any payments and invoices
Assisting with phone and email enquiries when required
Assisting with client statements and invoices
About you
Have experience and skills in administration with accurate data entry and experience in the use of MS Office
Be an effective communicator with customer service skills and demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Keen to learn new systems and processes
Knowledge about Reckon or AlayaCare is a bonus, but not essential
