Ortc Clothing Co is a rapidly growing clothing and lifestyle brand based in Norwood, South Australia. We pride ourselves on creating high quality, long-lasting fashion and lifestyle products for men, women and children. Over the past 6 years we have experienced rapid business growth, thus the need to expand our team once again. Operating and running a successful online store, upholding a wholesale presence across 300+ stores within Australia and New Zealand and having recently joined major retailers, the Iconic and Myer requires a well-oiled machine and right now we are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Manager to operate our brand new flag ship store opening on The Parade, Norwood.

This opportunity is for hardworking and enthusiastic individual, who demonstrates strong leadership skills and is eager to be part of a rapidly growing brand. You'll be working alongside a young, yet driven and experienced team of retail and ecommerce enthusiasts and you will have the support of leading technology and management systems.

So, if this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. This position will be **full time** working between Monday - Friday and Weekends between the hours of 9am - 5:00pm.

**Role Duties & Requirements**:

- Team management - train and lead all team members in product knowledge, store presentation and customer experience to the company standards
- Strategically manage in store retail operations including rosters, housekeeping, budgeting, setting team and individual KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, inventory management
- Provide outstanding, consistent and passionate customer service by always going above and beyond
- Work closely with head office to manage and maintain inventory levels
- Manage loss prevention
- Drive sales and lead your team to achieve weekly, monthly and seasonal budgets, KPIs and goals
- Ensure immaculate visual merchandising and store presentation
- Uphold company values and be an ambassador for the brand
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Provide and analyse sales reports, KPI tracking, performance reviews

**Skills & Attributes**:
Proven retail management experience, 3 years minimum
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks
- Experience with managing a weekly or monthly roster
- Enthusiastic and a desire to learn
- Strong leadership
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Love for the product and an energetic, hands on approach to inspire and lead your team
