About Roadside Delivery Role
This role involves leading the planning, development, and execution of roadside maintenance programs. It requires a strong understanding of operational performance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic oversight.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing diverse portfolios of works, addressing emerging issues, driving continuous improvement, and delivering value-for-money outcomes.
* Manage end-to-end planning, development, and execution of roadside maintenance programs;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractor representatives;
* Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
* Drive culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing initiatives that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and safety performance;
* Provide strategic insights and reporting to management and relevant authorities.
