* Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable
* Ability to work Monday-Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm (occasional overtime)

About The Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will have the responsibility for managing staff on your allocated shift and ensuring that operational targets are consistently achieved. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include
* Supporting the training and development of new team members to ensure they understand and deliver our high standards of customer service and safety
* Manage stocktake/inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained
* Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and/or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures
* Picking & Packing customer orders
* Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
* Accountable for a continuous improvement at the site
* Occupational Health & Safety and preventative maintenance
* Assist in analysing KPI and stock-keeping data, identifying issues, and preparing reports for resolution and action
