Job Title:
This role requires an individual with strong technical skills to provide end-user level 1 and 2 onsite and remote services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Fujitsu customers with a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, OS, software, networks, servers, print and peripheral maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide desktop and infrastructure support – hardware, OS, software, networks and servers.
* Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLA; report any breaches.
* Maintain customer physical infrastructure – desktops peripherals telephony print AV.
* Asset refresh relocation deployment decommission; maintain CMDB integrity.
