Are you a superstar when it comes to the
**_planning_** and
**_coordination_** of policies and procedures? Or perhaps, you are more inclined to assist the team and act as a
**_key point of contact_** in all
**_admin_** duties?
Either way, we are looking for an
**Operations Administrator** for one of Victoria's leading peak bodies for learning, training and development
**What might your day look like?**
- Coordinating training activities, courses and Student Enrolment.
- Admin tasks ensuring highest possibility of training is delivered to all existing and potential customers.
- Internal Event planning and management.
- Relationship Management.
**What Skills are required?**
- Previous experience in a Admin or Clerical role
- Strong communicator, interpersonal and written skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Excellent planning, organisation, accuracy, attention to detail
- Sound judgement, analysis and decision-making skills
- The ability to relate work independently but also for the internal team.
- Knowledge of ASQA or Training bodies in VIC highly regarded
- **_Desirable_** - Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent or Training and Assessment
