About the Role
At the heart of this role is our commitment to Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing. You will enable clients in our aged and disability community to live fulfilling lives at home for as long as possible, empowering them to continue doing what they love.
We provide around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide a premium, genuine, and compassionate care experience personalised to each client.
* Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.
* Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan, developed by our Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
* Ensure the safety of the client and use all equipment safely and correctly.
* Complete all records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Skills & Experience

* Previous caregiving experience is highly regarded.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
* The ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers.
* A reliable mode of transport to travel to and from client homes.
* A current and valid driver's licence.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Services, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent industry experience.
* A valid National Police Check (suitable for the aged care/vulnerable persons sector).
* A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
* A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
