Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Defence assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute maintenance activities across multiple Defence sites to guarantee asset performance and availability.
* Deliver planned servicing and urgent repairs on critical Defence equipment with minimal downtime.
* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Maintain accurate documentation and asset records for transparency and compliance.
* Drive safety initiatives, promote collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a field-based, autonomous maintenance role.
* Strong technical knowledge of compressors, conveyors, and fluid/air systems.
* Experience in maintenance planning and project coordination.
* A proactive mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Must be an Australian Citizen as this role requires a Defence Pass.
