Job Title: Strategic Sales Director
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in our Cardiac Rhythm Management business. As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve established sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and implements business strategies for existing and potential accounts to increase market share
* Manages day-to-day activities of a sales team to implement the organisation's overall sales strategy
* Develops and maintains strong relationships with key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, market development, service efforts and clinical programs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
* Advanced knowledge and skills within the sales discipline, including understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organisation
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Leadership experience or capability in leading, managing and coaching a team
