We are seeking a driven and strategic sales professional to join our team as a Core Account Executive. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving business growth by expanding our footprint with existing customers.
You will focus on converting prospects into customers and driving initial consumption of our services. Your primary goal will be to secure committed deals and identify opportunities for co-investment in high-priority initiatives to accelerate and de-risk project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving Consumption: Help customers derive value from our platform by identifying key use cases and increasing usage.
* Sales Execution: Conduct first meetings with compelling pitches to create urgency for change. Create territory and account plans to prioritize pursuits and engage in activities such as roundtables, bootcamps, and industry events to build relationships and progress pipeline.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and updated Salesforce (SF) pipeline, create proof of concepts (POCs), and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in sales, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology. You must possess strong prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to drive consumption and secure first-time commits.
