The opportunity
You will sit at the centre of the sales team, working closely with Sales Executives and Account Managers to manage inbound leads, maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
You will be the person who keeps things moving, follows things up before they stall and makes sure both customers and internal teams have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to inbound enquiries, qualifying leads and ensuring timely follow up.
* Allocate leads across the sales team and coordinate meetings, demos and presentations.
* Monitor the sales pipeline in HubSpot and proactively follow up on stalled opportunities.
* Support Sales Executives and Account Managers with data hygiene, ensuring CRM accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare sales documentation including proposals and contracts using tools such as Qwilr and PandaDoc.
* Support a smooth handover from sales to onboarding, ensuring all required data is accurate and complete.
* Check in with new customers during onboarding and help identify opportunities for testimonials.
About You
As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you make a great first impression and have an excellent phone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
You are naturally organised and proactive, and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly. You stay one step ahead, communicate clearly and you adapt easily to different people and priorities.
* Experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Clear and professional communication skills, particularly over phone and email.
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to follow things up and take ownership.
* Experience working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
* Strong team player who can adapt to different working styles.
* Interest in technology and willingness to learn about our product.
