About the role:
This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in.
* Practical Construction Techniques – Experience in various construction tasks such as timber framing, concrete work, formwork, flooring, and renovations.
* Project Adaptability – Learning to work on diverse projects including residential houses, townhouses, industrial buildings, commercial projects, and heritage restorations.
* Team Collaboration – Working closely with supervisors, tradespeople, and colleagues, enhancing communication and teamwork skills on construction projects.
* Workplace Safety Awareness – Gaining practical knowledge of site safety, proper use of PPE, and compliance with White Card and workplace safety standards.
What we're looking for – Skills & Experience
* A valid Driver's Licence and vehicle, and white card
* Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic
* Enthusiastic and motivated to learn all aspects of construction.
* Practical and handy with tools, able to perform hands‑on tasks.
* Able to work on a variety of project types.
* Certificate II in Building and Construction (preferred, but not essential)
