What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the day-to-day operations of a 3-chair dental centre
* Coaching, supporting and developing your centre team
* Managing rosters, patient flow, stock and centre presentation
* Supporting dentists to ensure smooth, efficient clinical delivery
* Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Working closely with your Regional Leader for guidance and development
