General Manager – United Office Choice, Adelaide
United Office Choice, a leading South Australian–owned supplier of office, packaging, janitorial, kitchen, workwear, safety, and embroidery products, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow our Adelaide operations.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is perfect for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who can drive sales, optimise logistics, improve productivity, and reduce costs across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead sales and operational teams to grow revenue and profitability
· Oversee logistics and inventory to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost control
· Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity
· Implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising service quality
· Mentor and manage staff, fostering accountability and high performance
· Report directly to the MD and support long-term strategic planning
Skills & Experience Required:
· Proven leadership in sales and logistics management
· Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Highly detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement
· Excellent communication, team management, and customer service skills
· Results-driven with a hands-on approach to achieving business objectives
