About the role: In this role, your responsibilities will be: Doing end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees; Performing accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment allocation and follow-up of outstanding accounts; Completing regular bank reconciliations; Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of BAS; Providing general administrative support to assist with day-to-day financial operations; Working closely with the company accountant to support overall financial management; Liaising with project managers and team leaders across the business to ensure smooth and efficient financial processes; and Contributing as part of the team to keep financial operations running effectively and efficiently. About you: To be successful in the role, you will ideally have experience in bookkeeping and accounts. You will demonstrate integrity, reliability, respect, and a proactive approach to supporting your team.
